I am the Operations Director here at Cubefunder, my role is to work right at the heart of the business closely with my senior management team and our CEO to ensure all company objectives are met. My role ranges from overseeing that our customer sales team are delivering the correct information to our new and existing customers to approving funding for new customers and overseeing the maintenance of those relationships as time moves on.
A typical day for me will include, assisting senior management in setting goals that will promote company growth, ensuring I am on hand to provide our team with advice and guidance.
Each day at Cubefunder can be so different, it has been exciting to watch the company grow from just myself and Gary to the team we have now!
I love the variety in my job and building relationships with our customers in person. We are a flexible, agile lender and able to make decisions not only from data but also what we see when meeting the business owners, which gives us a real advantage over the bigger more ‘faceless’ lenders.
Every business is interesting; for example we might meet two construction company owners in one day, but each is a unique and individual business. I also spend a lot of time in the office making key decisions and working closely with Gary, our CEO.
