Cubefunder is looking for a Credit Control Executive to support the collections team.

This will include:

• Manage and monitor outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate payments
• Colaborate with internal teams to improve credit control processes

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience in customer service, credit control, collections, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
• Knowledge in Excel reporting and CRM platforms

Cubefunder is looking for a New Business Advisor to support the collections team.

This will include:

• Be the first port of call to answer all inbound or outbound calls.
• Guide customers through the loan application process where required.
• Conduct Introductory Calls to gain further information around the purpose of their loanrequest
• Inputting data into our custom-built loan management platform, as the applicant speakswith you
• Management of on-going leads and new applications as well as taking on new applicants

What are we looking for:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Be extremely comfortable speaking to applicants over the phone
• Excellent organisational skills and be able to follow procedures
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial servicesor lending industry or similar sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
